Funny thing I've found just a week ago is that the best way to find a good Medium content focused on a specific topic is not to read what is popular and recommended, but to find the real people. And follow them, selected, even if they have just 10 followers. As I see here not always the best content is the content with most 'clapps'. And yes - there are some managers / leaders writing about their experiences.
